Shipping policy

Delivery area

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Cost

Free standard delivery on all orders.

Timescales

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery then takes 5–10 working days from dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Christmas

Order by 5 December for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after this date may arrive after 25 December.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by carriers or customs. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, email support@warmfront.shop and we'll investigate and resend or refund.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
