Is a power bank included?
No. The jacket works with any standard USB power bank. If you don't have one, you can add the Warmfront Power Bank for £19.99. It ships from our UK warehouse, so it may arrive in a separate parcel.
How long does the heat last?
Several hours on low with a 10,000mAh power bank. The high setting uses more power, so expect less time on that setting.
What size should I order?
Go one size up from your usual UK size and check the size guide on the product page. Between sizes? Go two up. If it doesn't fit, email us and we'll send the right size.
How long is delivery?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and arrive in 5–10 working days, with tracking. Order by 5 December for Christmas.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug and remove the power bank, then machine wash on a gentle cycle and air dry.
What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your jacket. See our refund policy for details.
Is it safe?
The jacket runs on a low-voltage 5V USB supply, the same as charging a phone. Switch it off and unplug the power bank when you're not wearing it.
